The firm was established in 1991, by T. E. Cauthorn, former Superior Court Judge of Cobb County, who resigned from the bench after twelve years of public service to return to the private practice of law in the community. The firm maintains a general practice with an emphasis on civil litigation. The firm represents clients throughout Metropolitan Atlanta and North Georgia.
